Refund policy

Due to the nature of Magic: The Gathering products and to avoid scams, returns MUST remain sealed and/or unopened. Opened packs/products WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. This policy is to ensure the integrity of the packs we stock. Approved refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of returned product. A fee may be applied to products returned damaged and all return shipping charges will be at the expense of the buyer. The window to return is 30 days from date of purchase.

We are not responsible for packages that are missing but marked delivered or packages delivered to the wrong address. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide accurate shipping information. 

In the rare event a product is damaged upon delivery or does not arrive, reach out to us at crggamesllc@gmail.com so we may work to resolve the issue. Your satisfaction with our store and enjoyment of Magic are our main concerns. Do not hesitate to reach out.
